Bio: Kevin has worked in the water industry for over 30 years in the areas of water and wastewater. He has been employed by United Utilities since 1992 and is currently the MCA (Monitoring Control and Automation) Strategy Lead. He is responsible for creating and co-ordinating strategies to enable UU’s ‘Future Concept of Operation’ - a multi-million pound programme of real-time solutions to improve customer service and efficiency. Kevin holds an MSc in Hydroinformatics and Management Systems from the University of Newcastle, UK and is chartered with CIWEM.
